Please inspect all wallpaper/decal orders upon arrival. We cannot guarantee that damage claims made outside of this window will be replaced. We can not offer refunds for carrier induced damages. Items damaged in transit must be handled by contacting the shipping carrier and filing a damage claim. Damaged/defective items will be replaced, not refunded, and/or damaged parts replaced, as available.
